Overview
If you have Devastator on the battlefield -> Repair 1 damage from him, then put a height counter on your Tower.
If you have 6 Constructicons in bot mode on the battlefield and/or in your KO area -> Combine them into Devastator, Towering Warrior. (A combiner begins untapped, has all damage from the combined characters, and keeps 1 Upgrade in each slot.)
